CrowdStrike Inc., (150 Mathilda Pl, Sunnyvale, CA 94086, USA ) is offering the CrowdStrike Adversary Assemble Game to active solution providers, distributors, or GSI partners globally. By participating in the Program partner participants hereby accept these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:

• Open to all Authorized Partners.
• State, local, and federal government and other public sector prospects, employees or representatives of government agencies, are not eligible for these prizes.
• Prize offer is limited to the top 75 individuals at authorized partners on the Adversary Assemble leaderboard at the closing date (30 April, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST)

Participation, Prize, and Distribution:

• Date of Promotion: March 31, 2026 - April 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST.
• How to Participate:
  • On March 31, 2026 through April 30, 2026 - any authorized partner who registers for the 2026 Global Threat Briefing CrowdCast will automatically receive an email with “early access link” to Adversary Assemble game on The Grid.
  • Beginning on March 31, the Adversary Assemble game will be accessible to all authorized partner users via The Grid.
    • Authorized partner users will need an active account on The Grid to access/ play Adversary Assemble. Partners can obtain an account by emailing TheGrid@crowdstrike.com.
  • For full details on how to play please see How to Play instructions.
  • On completing the game, players will be informed of their score and will have the opportunity to enter their score to the leaderboard and enter the competition. To enter, players will need to submit their full name, company name and business email address.
  • While participants can submit repeated scores to improve their rank, only one entry will be accepted per person for the purposes of distribution of prizes (e.g. one person can win one prize only).
• Incentive Offer:
  • The Top 75 individuals at authorized partners on the Adversary Assemble leaderboard at the closing date will win a Gift Card for the CrowdStrike Swag Store (valued at $50).
  • Total Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes is $6,000.
• Incentive Offer Distribution: The qualifying participants will be notified by email within 28 days of the end of the promotion. If the qualifying participants cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, if a qualifying participant cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, CrowdStrike reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the qualifying participant and award it to the next eligible participant on the leaderboard at CrowdStrike's discretion or forfeit the prize. The Global Partner Marketing team will reach out individually to collect the winner's shipping address.

Applicable Terms:

• By participating in the CrowdStrike Adversary Assemble Game you agree, on behalf of Partner, to the CrowdStrike Accelerate Partner Program Guide (located on the CrowdStrike Partner Portal) and applicable Accelerate Partner Program Addenda (collectively “CrowdStrike Partner Program Guide”) and acknowledge that all of your activities under the CrowdStrike Adversary Assemble Game are governed by and subject to the CrowdStrike Partner Program Guide, the CrowdStrike Partner Program Terms, and unless Partner has entered into another valid partner agreement that replaces the CrowdStrike Partner Program Terms executed by both CrowdStrike and Partner (in either case, as applicable, the “Partner Terms“), and the Business Partner Standards.

Participant Obligations:

• By participating in the CrowdStrike Adversary Assemble Game you represent, warrant, and covenant that: (1) your participation in the CrowdStrike CrowdStrike Adversary Assemble Game does not create an incentive or preference which may constitute a breach of applicable law or regulations, or any obligations, contractual or otherwise, to a prospect, customer or other third-party; (2) you have not and will not directly or indirectly offer, promise, give, or authorize a payment, gift, or anything of value for the purpose of influencing an act or decision of an employee or official of any government or government-controlled entity (including a decision not to act) or inducing such a person to use such person’s influence to affect any such governmental act or decision in order to assist Partner, CrowdStrike, or any other individual or entity in obtaining, retaining, or directing business; (3) you will fulfill all contractual and legal obligations with the prospect or customer as it relates to any participation in the CrowdStrike Adversary Assemble Game; (4) you will not assist the prospect or customer in the bidding or contract review process, nor do you have a contractual or other legal obligation to act as a trusted advisor, neutral assessor, or other consultant to the prospect or customer; (5) you will comply with all applicable laws in relation to their participation in the CrowdStrike Adversary Assemble Game, including, without limitation, all applicable anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and anti-fraud laws, including the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the United Kingdom Bribery Act, as well as the United States False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Act; and (6) participation will not affect pricing provided to a prospect or customer.
• Participants represent and warrant that this incentive is not disallowed or limited by (i) applicable federal, state or local law or regulation, (ii) company policy, or (iii) any agreement by which participants are obligated; and participants agree that they will not be entitled to any incentive if such incentive is disallowed or limited in such manners.
• Participants are solely responsible for any taxes owed and tax filings on this incentive.

Privacy:

• CrowdStrike shall use and take care of any personal information supplied to it as described in its privacy notice a copy of which can be seen here.
• Any personal data provided as part of this promotion may be shared with CrowdStrike’s third-party partners pursuant to the practices described in the privacy notice and for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
• By entering the Promotion, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about the Promotion entry, and for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Administrative Governance and Limitation of Liability:

• CrowdStrike reserves the right to adjust or terminate this program at any time based on business conditions at its sole discretion. The decision of CrowdStrike in all matters under its control is final and binding.
• CrowdStrike accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize. Should tax liability arise, it will be the responsibility of the participant to notify their own Government’s relevant tax department and pay all applicable taxes.
• CrowdStrike accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of their participation.
• CrowdStrike further disclaims liability for any injury or damage, including any damage to participants’ computers, relating to or resulting from participation in, or downloading any materials in connection with, the Promotion.
• CrowdStrike shall not be liable for any failure or delay in complying with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
• Except where prohibited, Partner sales participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this incentive offer or any offer awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or the appropriate State Court located in San Francisco County, California.
• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: CROWDSTRIKE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PARTICIPANTS OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR RELIANCE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY, NEGLIGENCE, AND FOR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF CROWDSTRIKE KNOWS OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CROWDSTRIKE'S AND ITS AFFILIATES' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

Release and Waiver:

• Participants hereby release, waive, and covenant not to sue, and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless CrowdStrike Inc., together with the organizers, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, hosts, venue and property owners upon which the incentive program takes place, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, officers, directors, partners, shareholders, members, agents, employees and volunteers, with respect to any liability, claim(s), demand(s), cause(s) of action, damage(s), loss or expense, including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees of any kind or nature (“Liability”) which may arise out of, result from, or relate to participation in the promotion, including claims for Liability caused in whole or in part by the negligence of or CrowdStrike Inc.
